San Joaquin County Community Development Department Issues Refferal for it's Development Title Text Amendment Application

The San Joaquin County Community Development Department has issued a referral for its Development Title Text Amendment application to amend the County's zoning code (Title 9) to include the County's allowance of commercial cannabis businesses. Like the Title 4 Commercial Cannabis Business ordinance, the Title 9 Text Amendment will only go into effect if the Commercial Cannabis Business Tax (Measure B) passes by the required majority on November 6, 2018.
